Felm, a Finnish civil society organisation working in global development, is looking for a consultant to support the finalization of project results frameworks and baseline assessments for the new Felm Development Cooperation Programme 2022-2025.
The four-year programme will start in January 2022 with an inception phase during which Felm and its partners will finalize the project plans and conduct baseline assessments for monitoring of the progress towards programme objectives. The consultant will support in this phase during January 2022 – mid-April 2022.
